• Baby Walkers manufactured or distributed by Oriental International Trading Company of Los Angeles, CA.
• Stuffed Pool Animals from Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. of Chesapeake, VA.
• Toy Sponges from Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. of Chesapeake, VA.
• Baby Walkers from Bikepro of Pico Rivera, CA.

Drugs

• Prempro (Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories estrogen and progestin hormone replacement)
• Celebrex (arthritis pain reliever jointly marketed by Pharmacia and Pfizer can cause heart attacks and kidney disease)
• Vioxx (Merck’s arthritis pain reliever linked to kidney and heart problems)
• Baycol (cholesterol lowering drug known to cause muscle cell breakdown)
• Redux (weight-loss drug known to cause heart-valve damage)
• Serzone (Bristol-Myers Squibb antidepressant drug that has been linked to liver failure)
• Rezulin (Parke-Davis/Warner-Lambert's diabetes drug known to cause liver damage)
• Ephedra (a stimulant found in Metabolife, Metabolite, Advocare and other popular healthcare products can cause bleeding in the brain, a stroke or a heart attack)
